Milk and Cookies... Oh what fun! Addie Girl turned ONE!

12 Months went by too quickly. Our sweet baby is 1 year old already!!

At her 12 month check up Addie was 29 ¼ inches tall, weighing in at a whopping 18.5 lbs. She is 50 % for height and 40% for weight.

At 12 months Addie is pushing things all over the house to help her walk, climbing on chairs, climbing on tables, loves playing by putting things in other things, and enjoys her siblings SO much. She tries to follow them everywhere! She is really outgoing. She still likes to cuddle.

She is still taking a 1-2 hour morning nap (when time allows) and a solid 4 hour nap every afternoon, with a bedtime around 7:30. She is my best eater. Don't let all the sweetness fool you though, this girl's got attitude! She does this high pitched scream when she wants something you have and you don't get the hint the first time she asks. She also raises her hand up and does a come hither motion while saying, “me.”

I had to throw her the birthday bash of a life time. I wanted her first birthday to be special, so I tried to incorporate a few of her favorite things.... Cookies and milk. So we went with that theme. Milk and Cookies with a vintage twist. She had the time of her life. We had it at her favorite park with 40 of her closest friends and family ;) There were 5 different types of cookies, brownies, oreo balls, and strawberry, chocolate, or plain milk. To top it all off, she got her very own individual cake. She partied hard all night... literally. We got home and she was so sugared up that she didn't go to sleep until 1 am. She got the most out her special day.
